Not a haiku

I haven't written in a while. I've taken a reading and a writing class in addition to my math classes, and have been busier than I was. Also, I was feeling burned out on haiku. Looking back, there were many that I'm really proud of, and it seems that if I hadn't suffered through writing the ones I don't like, I probably wouldn't have written the ones I do like. I just feel a bit stagnant, like I'm writing the same 17 syllables about the same 7 subjects over and over. I've got to do something different. Time to grow.
